Sweet Potato Hash with Caramelized Onions and Italian Sausage
This meal can be eaten on the weekend for brunch, or breakfast for dinner! We love re-heating it and adding some eggs! Diced sweet potatoes that we roast with ghee and rosemary and toss with cooked crumbled Italian Sausage and caramelized onions.
